Child Care: To enhance your pampering experience, children under 18 are not permitted in treatment rooms unless they are receiving treatment with parental consent. Please ensure children are accompanied at all times while in the spa premises.

As our services are elective, we do not bill insurance. Prices are subject to change without notice. We offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs: cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Cherry Financing (for qualified procedures), and Rejuve Aesthetics & Wellness gift cards. Checks are not accepted. Gratuity is optional and entirely at your discretion.

Gift cards to Rejuve Aesthetics & Wellness are the perfect way to treat someone special (with some minor restrictions). They can be used towards any service or product we offer and make a fantastic gift for any occasion. Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

RUNNING A BIT LATE?
We understand things happen! If you're running a bit behind schedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but to ensure a smooth flow for everyone, service time might need to be adjusted. Please note that shortened treatments are still charged at the full value.
Deposits, Refunds, Cancellation and/or No Show Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
1. NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES RENDERED: Once a treatment or service has been performed, all fees are non-refundable.
2. DEPOSITS AND PREPAID PACKAGES: Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are required to reserve appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of service and / or products.
3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING FEES: Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period of 24 hours prior to your appointments, will result in a cancellation fee and forfeiture of deposit.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a no-show fee, as outlined in practice policy. Repeated no-shows will result in restricted booking privileges.
5. MISSED APPOINTMENT FEES: The first time you miss an appointment, we will make a note in your file. All future missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24-hour notice, will incur a fee of up to $50.
6. REFUNDS AT PROVIDER’S DISCRETION: Any refund requests will be reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of the practice and subject to an administrative processing fee.
